Post build result to reviewboard waits on previous job

The "Post build result to reviewboard" post-build step waits on the the previous job to post its results before posting the current job's results. When I have two instances of the same job running concurrently, the second instance unnecessarily waits for the first job to complete.
I'm not sure if this behavior is by design or if it's a bug.

Jenkins version - 2.73
