Make landing page for website

Make a "welcome" page that gives a brief explanation of the project and a link to the page with all the faces
- Design landing page
- Write text for landing page
- Make graphics
I am thinking that there will not be graphics for the landing page. I am also going to fix the links (issue #11) so I think I can close this.
