HTML lang attribute

HTML lang attribute should be replaced when a blog post is either in Romanian (ro) or English (en) for SEO purposes.
Maybe a language field can be added in contentlayer.config.js file and depending on this, the HTML lang should be replaced.
Be careful when you do this for a Romanian blog post because if is not right handled, the lang would remain as it's set 😁
