Cannot display progress bars due to unsupported python-map

Hi there, I have an issue with installing the requirements.txt. I am unable to install this command" hg+https://[e-mail]/vladflorea/python-nmap" then like when i tried to pip install python-nmap and successfully doing so, then i had tried to follow the guide, then i got prompted message: "WARNING: Cannot display progress bars as you have an unsupported version of python-nmap. Please install from requirements.txt. "

So I tried to install via the command above, but still unable because the page is down.

So what can i do to rectify this issue that i am facing?
