In reset.css was removed styles

I use css-reset-and-normalize-sass and for body was disappeared style margin: 0;, when i plugged postcss-rtl

@bigkrp postcss-rtl should move the margin-rule into [dir] body selector and this is expected behaviour.

Is it problem still actual?
