[BUG] Mandetory needs for press "Refresh" button after all create resouce

Issues subject

After create Deployments and paste YAML file into text editor, new resource doesn't appear until press "Refresh" button.

Suggestion

For better User experience we should see all changes immediately without need to press any button or push any elements.
