Add chains: Avalanche and Astar

[Vis Virial (a.k.a. びりある)]

JPYC officially supported additional chains: Avalananche and Astar after the site creation.
We need to add such chains for monitoring.

The backend-side file that should be changed is:

• https://github.com/visvirial/jpyc-analytics/blob/master/src/config.ts

And, the front-end file are:

• https://github.com/visvirial/jpyc-analytics/blob/master/web/components/ChainName.vue

Note: I'm the author of this repo, but I currently have some private issue and can't take a time to modify my repo.
