Small text to speech program, created with the help of Visual Basic.

DarkSAPI created in February 2017 (still year ago), and is very lite speech synthesizer/text to speech program.
Versions:
1.0 - First release
1.1 - Fixed bugs (Thanks VF12)
1.2 - For many reasons, this versions is skipped
1.3 - Rewrited
