Manipulation options removed from the left corner when changing the size of canvas or the container

Hi developers,
I am stuck on this problem from 2 weeks now, it will be really appreciated if someone could help.
Issue: Whenever I resize i.e. change the default size of either canvas or container, the manipulation options which were present in the left corner of container somehow disappears.
Have tried some permutation and combinations for resolving this issue but nothing seems to workout
P.S- I am using vis-network version 5.0 but this issue is present in the latest version as well.
