Where can we obtain the snapshots?

Seems that the snapshots in the snapshots/ directory are required to run the tool, though there is no info on how to obtain them.
Kindly refer to point 3 of the Installation section in README.md
I am closing the issue for now. Do reopen if you still face any problems.
