Software no response in sequence diagram

I'm using the Sequence diagram and found a really confusing problem.
There are two object lifelines and every lifeline is using one activation bar. Then connect both activation bars with one Call/Create Message.
This will cause no problem and everything works well.
Then trying connect both activation bars using the call/create message arrow in opposite direction.
Now the problem appears, violet will hang up and won't give me a response. I can not save, respectively if I try, my file will be empty.
I know for return messages there is a return message function but, the software should not crash when I try to use the call / create message function for this behavior.
the problem occured not everytime I tried this procedure, but mostly after the 5th attempt.
Solve
I've got this problem every time, quite annoying loss of work resulted from it.
have you tried the latest code from master?
