Not Working

I followed all instructions and its just not working...
ngrok works if i ssh into my pi and issue the command but ngrok isnt running on startup. Using a Raspi 4B
changed up the ngrok.service file a little bit and i get the result ngrok started. But im not able to see this on my ngrok page :(
what mods did u make?
