CCtree should be put in plugin directory

CCtree can not work if it be put in the "ftplugin" directory.

Maybe you can see "The CCtree network graph": https://github.com/vim-scripts/CCTree/network, Everyone who fork it is only for resolving the this problem.

Please help me to put cctree.vim in right place, thanks a lot!
