#Factor Analysis for SFO Airport survey data.
The 2013 customer ratings of the various features of SFO Airport are analysed with the help of factor analysis. One of the result of such a analysis is that based on the generated score , we are able to get a perception map of the features wrt to various customer segments such as the demographics etc.
