Rework TrackingServer <-> Plugin connection

For high-speed tracking devices (like the TX300) we need to improve the network
communication, as it currently generates more overhead than necessary.

Reworked already for 1.4, Lipe has been optimized and the basic API also
supports arrays. Should give a dramatic speed boost for high-frequency devices.
