Option to replace Federated and Local with bluesky feeds

The 2 things keeping me from using this is 1. Not having Mona pro and 2. Not having support for feeds. So I came up with the idea in the title.
I reached out to the dev on bluesky and they said he said he’d get to it if I opened up a GitHub issue about it, so I did.
