IPFS i have to share the hash because there is no way others can find the file without it?

After i clone some web page to IPFS, no one can access it unless they get the hash from me or someone?
Or is there any searchable index of all people ipfs hosted files (names and hashes) so someone search somewhere for "github" and it will find mine scraped page named github-abc.htm hosted on ipfs ?
