Failed to outline one character in my PDF

Hello!
I tested press-ready with Docker. I've succeeded to convert my PDF to embed font glyphs, but it looks like one character failed to be outlined correctly.
The input PDF file is book.pdf
The problematic character in the output PDF was this:

It looks like this was my fault. When I created this PDF from HTML via Vivliostyle, I specified a non-exsting font name.
After installing the font, the output PDF seems correct.
