[Question] Has eslint already been implemented in the starter?

I wanted to ask this because on the package's nuxt.config.ts, it appears commented out, but in the readme it appears as a ticked feature:

I also can't seem to add eslint to the project, but only when extending nuxt-awesome for some reason, on windows (using powershell):
