Release ksops with support for v4.2.0 of kustomize

Can we get a new version of ksops released with v4.2.0 of kustomize?
Hi @ede-n thanks for making an issue! This will be available in v2.6.0, which will be released shortly.
In future, feel free to make a PR directly to update the kustomize version. You can checkout previous PRs as examples.
