HBAS won’t download anything from any category’s except installed apps

All thumbnails are X’s.
When I try to download, it for a split sec, displays the bar and cuts to the apps grid, I looked to the other issues posted by other users, but the beta elf is 404’d. Any fix?
As far as I know, I am running 1.5. No caches or any folders appear as hidden folders or anything.
Issue closed, WiiUs wifi chip was the cause. At least Nintendo used the AC chip on the switch.
Solution: Unplug your Wii U, let it sit overnight, and plug in and hope for the best.
