Inviting new contributors?

After writing the contributor guidelines for Data Hazards I've been thinking about similar for DEC.
Contributions that might be useful are things that we are not keeping up well with! For example:

• Proof reading the write ups (by anyone else who attended the same meeting)
• Creating the meeting summary page following each meeting
• Thinking of questions - I think this might just be that we need to remember to ask people who suggest material to think of questions to go with them.

These are both quite time focussed though so they are essentially another organisational task, but ones that could potentially be shared/done by a different person each time.
