Fix the footer so that it links to CC-BY not copyright

This issue is visible on the footer of all website pages, e.g. here

Gives the impression that materials are copyrighted in a way that we don't want people to use them, so instead it should explain the license (CC-BY), similar to how the Data Hazards website does.
