Integrate pm2.startup() http://pm2.keymetrics.io/docs/usage/pm2-api/
Integration pm2-windows-service works on Win10 Home. However cast-web-api cannot reconnect to pm2 if it was started as a service user. On WinServer2019, even with .net 3.5, service install is just partly successful. The service is installed but will not restart after reboot, due to missing pm2.xml.
