Nothing happens?

I've installed Tokamak on the latest Atom, and when i press "create a Cargo Binary project", nothing happens - no errors, no reaction whatsoever. I have installed all the necessary packages - i.e. racer, linter, language-rust, build, et al, manually set all paths in Tokamak config, yet still nothing happens.

Is there a walkthrough of some sort that i'm missing here?
