electrum-xvg should be executable

The executable electrum-xvg from the README document isn't executable as described. Please change its access mode to executable.
It's an application and executable. Something went wrong with your file system, maybe during un-zipping. Are you using the built in windows unzip?
Or if your using Linux then right click and mark it as executable then launch.
I'm cloning the repository and checking out the master branch on Linux. I know how I can set the executable flag myself but it should be equally trivial to set it in the repository tree for convenience and consistence with the instructions in the README document.
I can submit a patch or pull request if you wish.
