Include plain text version of file-format.tex.gz too

/usr/share/doc/tnef/file-format.tex.gz is nice, alas maybe also including a .txt version would save users research in how to display TeX.
$ tnef --version
tnef 1.4.12
If I can generate a reasonable .txt version I'll probably remove the LaTeX version entirely.
