Windows environment variables do not take effect

- I am on the latest Hyper.app version
- I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate
- OS version and name: Windows11_x64
Issue
I changed the value of the system environment variable and it took effect in the system terminal, but it did not take effect in hyper.
PS: I have restarted hyper
