Make Hyper REMEMBER Split panes and TABS configurations

I'm always frustrated when I perfectly configure hyper to my workflow, then I close the app and I need to configure all over again

Please, just save on localstorage tabs and split panes configuration so on startup the same config gets applied

This should be a useful terminal, this feature should have been implemented from the begining
