Show messages for various statuses of commenting.
What's your proposed solution?
Create tags for messages when commenting is closed, easy comment count tag, be the first to comment (no comments yet).
Additional context
Right now if there are no comments submitted its just a blank space. Same with after comment close, no indication that this was intentional so a message would be appreciated.
