Seems not work for CocoaPod's pod template?

Pod's template project use a local pod to refer it.
When use this command with' --no-default-exclusions will move the Pod into the project's directory.
What I mean template, is a pod created like this
How to synx files in Pod?
A pod create use pod lib create.
