Potential Lack of Support for Meteor 2.8 Async API

I'm currently using your package ostrio:logger and found it extremely useful. However, I'm wondering whether there are any plans in place to add support for the async API that were introduced in Meteor 2.8?

If this feature is not yet on your roadmap, would you be open to considering it? I believe it would be highly beneficial for developers using your package in conjunction with Meteor 2.8 and beyond.
