Wallet can still be connected even after it has been deleted

If you delete your wallet and then attempt to connect to it via Console you will seem to connect to that wallet. We have cleared the local storage on Console and this still happens so it seems like this is a wallet bug.
If you have open connections this might get even more screwy. We should investigate behaviour around deleting wallet.
