Improve API documentation for market proposals

Proposal description fields
The descriptions of the market proposal fields could use a little extra detail or more information.
I've incorporated some of that into bullets in the proposal tutorial on the docs site, but most of the info can be incorporated straight into the API descriptions, making them easier to use and lightening up the extra documentation requirements.
@guoguojin - should @candida-d need any help in finding where some of the descriptions are held in datanode/protos regarding the market proposals please can you help direct to the correct locations?
