Deploy the new contracts updates for staging and testnet

The contracts are deployed for devnet on ropsten. We'll also need the these deployed for staging and testnet.
Also update the bridges / tokens addresses list, notify devops to get them updated in scripts too.
Tasks
- Deploy staging bridge & co on ropsten
- Deploy testnet bridge & co on ropsten
These are in #40, merge to get this :)
