Meeting for ETH node interaction for testnet

@C0deMunk33 to organise a meeting to plan out what we need to do to get this hooked up in dev/stag/testnet, local env, etc
Also to ticket what documentation we need for node runners / users as a result of this change.
This is setup for next wednesday, I have a list of notes to go over
