Any plans on releasing 1.9.x Linux binaries compatible with glibc 2.28?

Hi Chris,

That would be a bit tricky, as official Pytorch builds require glibc 2.29. So would need to rebuild Pytorch from source, which apparently is not straightforward. However you can make a Docker or Signularity container, and then use it on any old Linux distro with sufficiently modern kernel.
