merging mano and smplh parameters

Hi, according to the instruction in tool, the smplh has a smplh_gender.pkl. However this is not the case in the downloaded smplh model, am I missing files or it should be changed to female or male?

SMPLH_GENDER.pkl might refer to SMPLH_MALE.pklor SMPLH_FEMALE.pkl
