Varnish packaging for Ubuntu 18.10 (cosmic and newer)

Hi,

The latest cosmic release only has Varnish 5.x series. Would be great if future releases of Ubuntu are using the latest branch of Varnish e.g. 6.x series.

I also encounter the same problem.
So maybe we can only use compile to install Varnish 6.1 on Ubuntu 18.10 cosmic

I'm afraid we only support Ubuntu LTS releases, so at best 18.04 for the current repositories.
