[Documentation] safe_mode

Version of Variety you are using
0.8.12
The only referece i could find of safe_mode is https://peterlevi.com/variety/2016/08/introducing-safe-mode/ and inside ~/.config/variety/variety.conf
Is this deprecated feature because it is not available inside GUI.
If is is not deprecated, can we get some documentation on what will happes when It is enabled
- will it delete existing wallpapers that are NSFW
- will it stop downloading NSFW
- will it just make sure that next wallpapers that are switches are SFW
- command-line option for toggling it
