How Do i Get to New Dimensions?

I installed the Mod for 1.16.1 and i installed all required api's n stuff but i cant find out how to get to dimensions, i cant find a portal hub, even with the locate command, please help
Dimensions dosen't exist in 1.16.1 yet, so you'll have to wait
