Crashing with latest version of everything. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, it's been a while since I played minecraft so a lot of the installation process is unfamiliar to me, so I probably just missed a step. Hopefully someone can help?
I downloaded the newest version of the minecraft java edition, both the launcher and game are new. I also had to update java, I'm guessing the page it took me to was the latest.
I installed the latest version of fabric.
I placed the latest fabric api in the mods folder.
I placed the latest raa core in the mods folder.
I placed the latest raa materials in the mods folder.
When I try to run the game with fabric it crashes with the following error:
