Toggles wont stay on in Chrome 49.0.2623.112 m

I just installed this to
Chrome Version 49.0.2623.112 m
XP professional 32bit
the toggles are greyed out and won't save when I turn them on. None of the tabs are syncing

Can you copy the console output from the extension. It should be in Extensions->Real-time tab sync->Background page->Console. Keep in mind it may contain URLs of pages you've opened, so do the testing with stuff that's not personal.
