how to permanently save config and autostart

Hello
first of all thx for the awesome tiny but necessary tool!
I downloaded the programm and started it from the download folder for the first time
then i moved it to another permanent folder ...
BUT the problem is that now
the config of the keys is always reset to empty when i start the program
AND it doesnt autostart...
how can i fix it?

i assume it already saved somehow where the original program was located at the download folder and somehow cannot save the config anymore?
