Check orientation and traslation of wheels on omnibase.urdf

@karen12julio i've reviewed the urdf file and there are some problems with the distances and orientations of the wheels.

Please

• reorient the collision shape
• move the rear wheels to the expected position
• check the orientation of the wheels rotation axis
