hhblits seems to be taking forever

Hi all, I installed this repo on an Ubuntu Linux computer, with the largest database files in a different filesystem (/data2) instead of the home path where I have everything else. I symlinked the two large databases on the base of the Rosettafold2 path from doing a git clone, as it seems that's what the system is looking for, e.g. : bfd. Then I went and tried a heteromer prediction:
RoseTTAFold2 $ ./run_RF2.sh /bfx_share1/quick_share/alphafold2/inputs/67/679ee6912435db166002f95242d2acfb.mmer.fasta --pair -o 679ee6912435db166002f95242d2acfb.mmer
The hhblits step kicked in, and it runs, but it's been taking more than 24hr and hasn't completed yet.
Any ideas? Thx.
