Left click on my mouse not responeding on the host after a few seconds

Hi ,

After installing Win 11 from Crystalfetch and running the win 11 on ,
my left mouse on my mac stop responding
only a full restart fixes it.
I have MacOS 14.5 (23F79) Apple M1 Pro

any help ??
