Memory corruption errors

Hi,

It seems after Win 10 update (Version 1607) Powershell library command ICS-Enable ends up with Error.

Unhandled Exception: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Unfortunately since the tool has not been in development for years, I am afraid it never gets fixed.
