Strange focus behavior on 1099 edit view

On 1099 page, with 1 or more 1099s existing,

1. Click edit
2. Attempt to change a number
3. Notice the focus is taken back to the "Type of" dropdown.

Does this issue still exist? I'm not able to repro it -- I created multiple 1099-B forms, and then clicked edit and hit backspace in different boxes and it didn't seem to cause any issues.

Might be worth closing?
