is it possible to activate our "Downloads" plugin that give the public an easy way to download our public reports in csv?

I downloaded "Download report" plugin and following step to add in ushahidi setup
== Installation ==
- Copy the entire /downloadreports/ directory into your /plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin.
2 nd step is Activate the plugin, Please help me to understand how to activate this plugin?

@RushiSoni navigate to /admin/addons/plugins, and activate the plugin from the list of plugins you see on that page :)

In my install ushahidi directory there is no /admin directory, Please explain me where is this /admin directory?

I am able to access it but when I click on download or upload report it show me "The requested URL /cclive/admin/reports/download was not found" on this server, Here cclive is project where I deployed ushahidi set up.
